Why We Started This

We Saw a Problem That Needed Solving

We started out buying tired old homes, doing them up, and selling them on. It was a solid business — but the more time we spent in the market, the more we saw something that didn't sit right.

Good people were getting shut out. Homes were going to whoever could stretch the furthest, not the families who actually needed a place to live.

So we changed our approach. Instead of selling to the open market, we set out to do up good homes beautifully — character kept, warm and dry — and sell them direct to families at a fair, fixed price. No games, no pressure, just a fair shot at a home. That's how Property Pioneers was born.
